Distance between the Park and the attractions of Montana vary. You can use the map on our "Reservations" tab to find your desired activity.   Darby is about 3 miles while fishing is only a few minutes walk.  We have two lakes nearby, hot springs, skiing and nearly unlimited hiking/riding trails in the immediate area.


Many of the park-hosted activities will not be provided with safeguards of any sort. However, some outside attractions will have enforced safety precautions.  


Yes, Peaks and Pines takes pride in providing a family-oriented experience. Some seasonal activities may be 21+. 

No bothersome parties or events allowed.  Special events allowed upon request approval.


No, but we expect guest to be mature and kind.  Friends and Family are always welcome. 

There are local water hazards, no unattended children - be safe don't drown.


Yes, small pets are welcome, the kind you keep inside during the day.  Pets over 15lbs with approval.   Must keep pets on leash at all times when outside.  There are resident Park Pets, so we want to make sure things stay under control.


No, no fires during most of the year.  During the summer there is no open flame, to include walking around smoking.  There may be fires in the established areas during limited times of the year or special occasions.  Please inquire before you light that fire!


Yes.  Guest are expected to have peace and quiet from 10pm to 6am.

There are to be no loud noise or activities during this time, to include site maintenance.


Yes.   There are no alcohol parties or public drinking events allow.  No public intoxication is allowed.  There are several bars in the area for your enjoyment. 

We ask guest to be responsible and moderate with their actions and activities.


Most all sites will accommodate full site units with nearly any power needs.  We have 20/30/50-amp outlets that can be used in parallel.  The water is tested clean, though you should still use a filter.  Each site has sewer.

This is a low-density environment. The full size lots are pull-through while the smaller are back-in.


Yes, for a fee.  The first vehicle is included, extra parking is $25/mo.


There is overflow storage for large items like boats and trailers.  The fee is based on the item size, most items are $25-$50/mo..


Yes, it has been years in the making, and we are almost there!  After a ton of cleanup, we are finalizing a few upgrades to some of the systems to better support the Community we wish to build here at the Park.  We expect to be ready for a full open by Fall 2026 with Park Models being available by End of Summer 2026.

We have installed all new sewer, water and electrical.
